While Modern Time Management, adding another 3 important principles in these skills to better ensure the productivity of self-improvement, namely: priority management, engagement management and getting things done.

Principle of Priority Management is to ensure that the inputs that we input in the activities of our daily lives is really a priority for our work or ourselves. Sort of work that need to be delegated is one of key importance in the principle of Priority Management

The principle of full involvement took a different perspective in productivity itself. This principle emphasizes that the optimal self productivity can be achieved when we successfully manage our energy physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This principle is primarily sourced from the best-selling book by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz, 'The Power of Full Engagement'.

Meanwhile, the third principle was inspired by David Allen's popular book, Getting Things Done, namely the principles in managing our work flow so that we always have a mind to 'calm' and focus because we always know the status of each of our activities.

Thus the 4 principles of Time Management that will help us allocate more optimal time, we are sort of activity, preparing to engage fully and accelerate and optimize our work processes.
